Chicken Primavera

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Chicken Breast Cut Into Chunks
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Whole Green Bell Pepper Julienned
  • 1/2 Onion Julienned
  • 6 Whole Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 Jar Of Capa di Roma Marinara Sauce (any flavor)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Coat Chicken With Flour
  • Cook Chicken in Oil 6-7 Minutes Till Slightly Browned
  • Add Garlic, Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms & Marinara Sauce
  • Simmer Approximately 15 Minutes
  • Add Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Serve Over Your Favorite Pasta or Omit Pasta For A Low Carb Meal
