Chicken Primavera
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 1/2 Pounds Chicken Breast Cut Into Chunks
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Whole Green Bell Pepper Julienned
- 1/2 Onion Julienned
- 6 Whole Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Jar Of Capa di Roma Marinara Sauce (any flavor)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS
- Coat Chicken With Flour
- Cook Chicken in Oil 6-7 Minutes Till Slightly Browned
- Add Garlic, Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms & Marinara Sauce
- Simmer Approximately 15 Minutes
- Add Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Serve Over Your Favorite Pasta or Omit Pasta For A Low Carb Meal
